Alex Moskovic

Alex Moskovic is a trial lawyer with over 24 years of experience. He devotes 100% of his practice to litigation, concentrating in the areas of family law, business/contract litigation, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Moskovic has earned a reputation in the legal community as a creative and determined problem solver, who refuses to accept that there is not a solution to every problem. He has earned the trust and confidence of former clients, judges in the community, and numerous Chicago area attorneys who regularly refer and entrust their clients to his firm. This confidence has allowed Mr. Moskovic to enjoy 24 years as a named managing partner of three law firms.

Mr. Moskovic has represented numerous individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters and trials, several of which were published in legal opinions and publications. For years, he has served as the Chairperson of Cook County arbitration proceedings where, as a Certified Arbiter, he presides over arbitration cases. He also served as Of Counsel to the Greater O’Hare Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a regional Chamber of over 500 businesses, where he served as the Chamber’s attorney for over 9 years.

Mr. Moskovic is a member of the Illinois State University Attorney Advisory Board, an alumni board organized to advise faculty, administrators, and students regarding prelaw curriculum, and to promote the success of students in the pursuit of law school admission, and careers in the law.

He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science, a minor in speech communication, and a concentration in Spanish. He was frequently on the Dean’s List. He was a member of the ISU Mock Trial Team and a Board member of the ISU Law Club. Mr. Moskovic earned his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he earned the highest grade in the full-time class for Legal Research and Writing, and Course Honors in several classes, including Trial Advocacy, and Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Pre-Trial Skills.

Mr. Moskovic was born in Chicago. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, exercising, playing chess, playing guitar, and writing music. As a former wrestler and athlete throughout his life, Mr. Moskovic also thoroughly enjoys coaching youth wresting and football in the community. He firmly believes these hobbies and interests contribute to his creativity, attention to detail, and aggressive and strategic style of practicing law.
